can my employeer file case against me

Hi,

 

I am working in a small IT company. I placed my resignation but they did not accepted.asking me to work for next six to nine months.i told them that i will extend my help upto 2 months only.i am the key person in the project.

 

what problems i face if stop going to offfice.
