Create Dynamic control in visual web part

Question

Hi every one,

 

I have control list into DB on that basis i need to create dynamic control but when i create them on page_load and it is rendered as expected but if i click on the button which is generated dynamically it wipe out all my controls and even Registered Evert of that Dynamically created button is not fired can some help me how i can do that.
