Creating Demo need help.

Question

Hello all,

 

   I am creating a demo in C# for a presentation I am doing and need help, I am stuck right now. Attached is the current C# "program" I have made along with the HTML page which is how I want the program to look.  I want to make it so I can call an array to fill in the current readings and post flight readings(see html page) for demo purposes. Please help me with my  program suggestions snippets all input are welcome.
