HOW TO ASSIGN SPECIFIC ROW FOR TEXTBOX IN VS2010 TO EXCEL

hello frnds 

 

      can u plss tell me how to assign the textbox values to specifiv row and column  .it means if it starts with "R" goto 2nd column else goto 3rd column without blank spaces 

 after clicking button it open excel.

 now its coming like this........

 

but i want if it starts with "R" it will goto 2 column or else it have goto 3rd column and without blank spaces.
