how to fix the error of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate

Question

I'm facing problem while opening the a new project in visual studio.

and i'm getting different error in windows application and web application

when i am opening my web project it is opening in visual studion but when i am opening any particular web form like home page on that time visual studio is going close and giving the message on screen.

 

and when i am opening windows application its direct going close and giving the error message..
