Is it possible to find changing words between 2 Documents

Question

In my web application, I have two documents(.odt) i need to check first and second documents those two documents based on first document, i need to check and display the how many words are deleted in second document as well as how many words are newly inserted in second document and how many words are misspelled in second document.

 

For example:

 

First document:

Some text here i need to display all the data of deleted, added and misspelled words of display in second document.

 

Second Document:

Some text is here i need to all the data oof deleted,added and misspelled wordes Demo display in second document  .

 

Deleted words  : display, of

Inserted Words : is, Demo

Modified words : oof, wordes

 

Is it possible to do

 

Can anyone help me out.
