loading supergrid controll

Question

i have 4 tables linked together by one  table ,table lab_trans,in my case patient might be having more than one test to be done and i want my supergrid to show in this case see the below picture

in my case is when i click patient_id to show all the test,just like order_id in the above image shows

kindly help
