Project Lead or Manager roles and responsibilities

Hi,

I have 9 years of experience and I have a 6 years of Dotnet experience.

In the last 3 years I moved on to lead developer and now I am handling 4-5 projects and responsible for delivery.

I am leading the team of 3 onsite and 13 offshore.

What are the qualities need to become project manager.
