Reading xml file ?Display node one bye one

Question

 

I wrtie my xml file in notepad and save with vishal.xml to location where my console application created .in that xml file I will store multiple remote system username and password with the help of that i get remote system information .I have a code actualy to get system infrmation .but i don't get any idea how to get each nodes which is storing in xml format and read and use in my console application in c#.

 

 

in above code snippet i store that remote system ip as well as username and password .I didn't get anything please can anyone help to how i read xml file that im write in notepad and used in my application display information i want.Thank you!!!
