setup program is not accessing html folder

hi,

I will explain in detail what is my problem here, I have developed a c# project wherein a webbrowser control accessess html pages from a folder in c: drive. it is working fine on my system, but in publish wizard there is no option to include that folder along with the project hence it is not displaying any html pages on other systems.

moreover, I have tried with instalSheield and Wix also but I dont know where and how to attach that folder so that the user should able to acess html pages.
