SSL certificate related

I add in my project ssl certificate.

when i write http:website.com

it shows secure

but when i type website.com

its don't show the security.

it needs a code in web config file.what is it?

reroute http://www.phoneafriendcard.com to https://www.phoneafriendcard.com in your web config

how is it possible?
