How possible is (Never see it before in C#)

I configure my dataset file like this:

SELECT [Date], [Name], [On_duty], [Off_duty], [Early], [Clock_In], [Clock_Out], [Absent], [Department], [Identificação], [NDays], [NDays_1], [Anexo] FROM [1]

where [date] between ? and ? and [name] = ?

and in my button is like this:

this._1TableAdapter.Fill(this.DataSet1._1, dataInicialConsPorNomes.Text, dataFinalConsPorNomes.Text, txtName.Text);

this.reportViewer1.RefreshReport();

Curiosly, the filter starts well from one date to another.
But not as recommended, for example if I filter from 2 of February 2015 to 10 of February of 2015. Its will not filter the 2 february's until 10 february 2015. But he will do from 3 of February to 10 of February 2015 (correct but not really because its missing one day).
Then Now when I ask for example 31st of January 2015 from 10 of February 2015. Its doesnt show nothing (only title without datas).
Which solution please.
