Attachment gets lost after validation faild on a SharePoint

Question

I have an issue on SharePoint form.

 

1) I have attached attachment

 

2) Then submit the form

 

3) but I have missed one required  field then validation is failed

 

4)  And I filled the required field

 

5 Then submit the for again

 

but after submit the form  once click the attachment link for downloading  it is not opining. Means the attachment get lots.

 

Please help the same.
