The Role:
The terminal core team builds the Professional Client software which is installed on more than 315K financial and business professionals' desktops. The terminal core team is looking for a strong C++ developer, capable of building high-quality, well-factored, testable, cross-platform software running in Windows and Unix environments. The successful candidate should preferably have a good understanding of low-level network programming. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and be a good team player.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent
experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of C++ development experience
- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented design
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with developing Network/Multi-threaded applications.
- Knowledge of UNIX/Windows internals is preferable
