Add text file to solution and display content in listbox

Hi please help!

I have added a text file (add item to solution) to my solution and want to use it as a help file in my application. How do I bind, or show the help.txt file content in the listbox on my Help form in the application?. Is there a easy way to use listbox properties to bind or reference the help.txt file allready part of the solution in the listbox?
