Big Red 'X' Exception in C# winform application.

Dear All,

I am posting this to get a help from your side to solve a issue in my c# winform application.

A big red 'X' lines draws in my application in client computer. It is not a often phenomina, occuring once in week. below is the screenshot:

I have a panel (RadPanel) covering all these controls during the main page load event. Then the panel will send to back when user click on menu item.

I have not wrote any event to panle control.

Dear Amit,

I using Telerik UI controls and DevComponents controls in this project.

Note: this is to inform that this error is not happening for all user, I installed the application in more than 20Pcs, among them, only to one or two have the issue.

If the issue is in the application, all users will have the same issue.

Are you using third party controls? If yes, then it might having bugs in their controls. I suggest you to ask their developer or forum

Dear Amit,

you are right to some extend,

I used a panel with white color background and added a logo image to it. That is not a high quality one.It coming to only 4.4 kb.

It seems that you had used very high quality images in the background that was not optimized and wasn't managed properly. Optimizing those will fix your issue
