Error on unloading /closing vs2022

Hi,

I have a migrated .sln from 2019 to 2022

Solution is opening in vs2022 but gives issue during closing of vs2022

for "report" project as "Project item ‘4294967294′ does not represent a file" after click [ok] button

 then vs hangs with "unloading prompt" of that particular report project.

Any advices,
