Responsibilities:
•Ability to lead a team in defining and implementing robust architectures
• Review feature requests with key stakeholders and work with team to ensure successful feature delivery
•Focus on enabling team learning and continuous improvement
•Ability to work within a cross functional team to develop and architect solutions in a highly iterative fashion
•Involvement in cross-team meetings focused on release and solution planning
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leading a team in an agile/lean environment
• A technical degree (engineering, computer science)
• 8-14 years development/leadership experience
• Key technical skills are (C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SOA and OO design)- Beneficial skills include: (Silverlight, Agile development)
