Job Description

We are looking for Business Development Executive/Manager who should be responsible to generate business by using different portal.

Responsibilities

  • Should have knowledge or experience of online portals like oDesk, Elance, Freelancer, Guru, Upwork.
  • Experience in handling International clients ? Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
  • Must have knowledge how to prepare an effective Cover letter.
  • Experience in making authentic documents. ? Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to well communicate with clients across the globe. (USA, Europe, UAE, Singapore)
  • Should be flexible for night shifts when required. ? Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Ability to estimate the project price based on the requirement gathered. ? Ability to facilitate all interpersonal communication
  • Ability to interact with clients efficiently
  • Huge knowledge of drafting business proposals? Exceptional experience in bidding online and generating revenue
  • Analyzed client requirements and provided appropriate bidding solutions.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. ? Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortably Communicate with clients via email/call/Skype.
  • Experience / knowledge of Bidding by using different portals Elance, Guru, ODesk, etc.
  • Knowledge of Mobile app development, Internet marketing, Web Applications, Ecommerce, CMS, etc.
  • Quick & target oriented individual.
  • Desire to work in a challenging environment.
  • Should be flexible for night shifts when required.
