Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer with a strong background in developing innovative chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining chatbots across various platforms. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, and cognitive machine learning to create advanced chatbot applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain chatbot (virtual assistant) solutions.
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications that provide intuitive and efficient user experiences.
  • Maintain and enhance chatbot platforms to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions seamlessly with multiple platforms to ensure cross-channel functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Refactor or reengineer chatbot applications as per evolving requirements and industry best practices.
  • For more experienced candidates, provide support (L3 level) and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Offer guidance to team members during the development and testing phases, conducting peer code reviews and test case evaluations.
  • Develop value-creating strategies and models that drive innovation, growth, and business profitability for clients.
  • Possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems and stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Understand financial processes for various project types and available pricing models.
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrate client interfacing skills and contribute to project and team management activities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing chatbots with 1 or more platforms/frameworks/architectures.
  • Strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deploy chatbots across various channels.
  • Knowledge of software configuration management systems and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of financial processes and various pricing models.
  • One or two industry domain knowledge.
  • Excellent client interfacing skills.
  • Project and team management experience is a plus.
