Job Opportunity. Senior Data Science Trainer/Consultant

Key Responsibilities / Role

• Expertise in AI Technologies. Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in teaching AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
• Statistical Methods and Modelling. Be familiar with statistical methods and modeling capabilities, providing insights into data extraction, cleansing, and modeling to drive business results.
• Training Ownership. Take ownership of training needs assessment, content design and development, training delivery, and measurement of learning and talent programs for digital capabilities.
• Guidance and Problem-Solving. Provide guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance to learners, demonstrating critical thinking and agility for Analytics/Digital capability development priorities.
• Design and Delivery of AI Training Programs. Design and deliver new AI training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of individuals in the field.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience. Typically requires 6+ years of experience in Data Science/ML with proficiency in Python, SAS, and PySpark.
• Communication Skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Education. Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science or a related field.
• Leadership and Relationship Building. Proactively take the lead in building and leveraging relationships internally, externally, and with clients.
• Hands-on Experience. I have hands-on experience in implementing Analytics solutions and the ability to train people on managing analytics project lifecycles.
• Statistical Methods and Modeling. Familiarity with statistical methods and modes, with the ability to train others in these areas.
• Technical Skills. Hands-on experience with AI, ML, NLP, and Deep Learning. Proficiency in any analytics programming language such as Python, SAS, or R.
• Cloud Platforms. Knowledge of any cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) will be an added advantage.
