Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior EDI Developer with 4-6 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of EDI/B2B solutions using EDI HQ. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on work experience with EDI HQ product, having served in the role of Sr. Developer for at least 4+ years. Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI/B2B solutions.

Skills Required

• In-depth hands-on experience in implementing enterprise-wide EDI/B2B solutions using EDI HQ.
• Excellent EDI knowledge, preferably with standards such as EDIFACT / X12, particularly within the Supply Chain Domain, with expertise in Logistics & Transportation.
• Proficiency in various EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, Tradacoms, VDA, RosettaNet, and XML standards.
• Hands-on implementation experience with EDI communication methods such as AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN, HTTPS, and encryption/decryption techniques.
• Experience in implementing EDI/B2B solutions for clients in manufacturing, retail, transportation, or logistics industries.
• Expertise in all project lifecycle phases including requirement analysis, design, development, code review, testing methodologies, and implementation.
• Good understanding of back-end systems related to EDI/B2B integration such as SAP ECC/SAP S4/HANA, Oracle EBS, QAD, Order Management Systems, Blue Yonder, etc.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Integration, API Management, Managed File Transfer (MFT), On-Premise, and cloud integration concepts.
• Proficiency in Linux, database concepts, and hands-on experience with databases, preferably MS SQL, including creating procedures and complex queries.
• Ability to suggest and recommend appropriate reusable solution designs and process automation for different EDI integration patterns.
• Capability to work independently with technical and business stakeholders to understand business requirements, perform due diligence, and recommend suitable solution designs.
• Participation in development, testing, deployment, review (design/code), and issue resolution activities.
• Ability to mentor and guide project team members in technical skills and development activities.
• Collaboration with product vendors to resolve platform issues.
• Strong client interaction and implementation skills.
