  2. Talent Profile Understanding. Develop a deep understanding of the talent profiles required for our organization and devise a robust recruitment marketing strategy to attract them effectively.

  3. Employee Advocacy Champion. Leverage employee advocacy platforms to amplify our employer brand and foster a culture of advocacy within the organization.

  4. Collaborative Campaign Development. Work closely with digital and talent acquisition teams to develop targeted campaigns aligned with hiring needs, utilizing sponsored jobs, paid social amplification, and other channels.

  5. Engagement-Driven Communication. Create and execute communication campaigns to enhance candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other relevant channels.

  6. Marketing Best Practices. Apply marketing best practices and stay abreast of talent engagement campaign strategies and social channel landscapes to drive campaign success.

  7. Website Management. Update and maintain our career website pages for various regions, ensuring they effectively communicate our employer value proposition.

  8. Brand Affinity Cultivation. Develop campaigns aimed at building brand affinity and advocacy among employees, with a focus on nurturing our brand ambassadors program.

  9. Storytelling Mastery. Uncover and articulate compelling employee stories to bolster our employer brand, showcasing the personal and inspirational aspects of working at [Company Name].

  10. Award and Certification Management. Lead the application process for awards, certifications, and rankings in various regions to enhance our employer brand visibility.
