Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at Adobe, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and updating financial systems with top-line numbers on a timely basis. You'll gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.

Position Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the India Finance Center of Excellence team. As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure the timely reporting of top-line numbers. You'll work independently and support senior team members to develop and maintain accurate reporting of Topline numbers in accordance with policy and to support the compensation of the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting for annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring high-level predictability of ASV/ARR and RBOB for the identified organization.
  • Ensure bookings are reported in compliance with bookings policy and guidelines.
  • Reconcile bookings, ARR, and other KPIs regularly to ensure accuracy in reported numbers.
  • Coordinate with the IT Team on various finance transformation projects for Topline.
  • Utilize Power BI/Tableau to create and maintain centralized reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Drive continual process improvements and framework enhancements to generate meaningful data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Operations/Finance controllers/consolidators to drive fiscal deliverables and gain comprehension of variance drivers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a reputed MNC.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with international stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales operations preferred.
  • Excellent Excel skills, MS Access, and Macros.
  • Experience using tools such as SAP and SFDC.
  • Highly organized and pays attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, a strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and have the flexibility to work under different time zones at times.
