About the Role

In the dynamic E-commerce landscape, MyBiz's Corporate Department is spearheading innovation. As the lead for Financial Reconciliation, you'll be at the forefront, collaborating with a high-energy team to ensure timely and accurate financial processes. You'll drive success through your proactive approach, leveraging your B2B expertise and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the credit control process and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts from PAN India accounts.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of invoicing processes to facilitate on-time collections.
  • Manage stakeholders and provide accurate reconciliation and MIS reports.
  • Maintain a zero 60+ days outstanding credit.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure payment compliance.
  • Act as the central point for invoicing, including commercial and offline invoices.
  • Ensure timely GST refunds and share GST Recon MIS with corporate partners.
  • Perform thorough reconciliation of bills and payments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduates/Postgraduates from reputed institutes.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in a B2B organization.
