Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Java Web Development
• Proficiency in Java/JEE technology frameworks
• Experience with DevOps, version control, and ALM tools
• Knowledge of Cloud environments
• Exposure to Design patterns and Application design

Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong development experience in core Java 7+
• Expertise in building web applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Proficiency in UI technologies such as Angular (4+) or ReactJS
• Experience in developing Unit and Functional Test cases
• Prior experience in REST and Microservices development
• Familiarity with app development on GCP and/or other cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Tier 1/Tier 0 business-critical apps
• Knowledge of the latest development tools & technologies
• Proficient in GIT, branching/merging strategies, Test Driven Development
• Familiarity with pair programming is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global teams
• Passionate about writing code as this role is 100% hands-on
