Role Overview

As an iOS Developer at our Kharadi, Pune location, you will play a crucial role in the successful and timely delivery of projects within the Client Platform domain. This development role involves working collaboratively within Scrum and Kanban teams across various geographic locations. You will be responsible for analyzing functional requirements, designing, and implementing solutions based on SDLC, coding, testing, and deploying iOS applications or parts of iOS applications. Additionally, you'll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and test engineers to ensure the high quality of code and minimal defects during QA.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and implement solutions based on SDLC.
• Participate in the technical design of iOS applications.
• Code, test, and deploy iOS applications within Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code meeting KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts for appropriate design and implementation.
• Work with test engineers to minimize defects in QA.
• Identify areas for constant change/improvement.

Your Team

• You will be an integral part of the team responsible for client-facing technology applications.

You Bring

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing native iOS apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics.
• Expert understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, etc.) and iOS development paradigms.
• Very high proficiency with the Swift language.
• Strong experience with RxSwift and RxCocoa or similar reactive frameworks.
• Strong experience with SwiftUI.
• Effective leadership on challenging technical use cases and issues.
• Ability to mentor and lead other developers.
• Passion for iOS and commitment to building award-winning apps.
• Collaborative attitude.
• Track record of publishing apps to the Apple App Store.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrable experience working to tight timelines on multiple detailed activities simultaneously.
• Experience working with agile methodology, especially Scrum.
