Job Description

As the Lead Support Delivery, you will play a crucial role in coordinating CX projects within the DME CX India organization. Working closely with managers and leads across the organization, you will streamline project workflows and report progress effectively. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with departmental or cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded platform capabilities for tracking and reporting projects.
  • Communicate timely project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring the completion of high-quality projects on time.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS presentation & project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience is desirable).
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role involving responsibility for querying/extracting/collating and generating reports.
  • Strong analysis skills, with the ability to start from an unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and exposure to reporting/visualization tools like Tableau and Microsoft BI Platform.
  • It is desirable to have hands-on experience with Hadoop/Hive, Power Query, VBA, and database structure (DB, tables, etc.).
