Job Description

As a Service Associate in Recruitment, your primary responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction through Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. You will collaborate closely with clients, IBM's operational management, and staff to define, develop, plan, and implement sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool.

Responsibilities

  • Engage stakeholders to define, build, and document hiring forecasts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and requirements.
  • Assess and improve recruitment processes, developing standard methodologies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods and generate new leads.
  • Meet production goals on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Contribute to the establishment of Global Delivery Center goals.
  • Review, analyze, mentor, and coach support teams to meet recruiting goals.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate screening.
  • Ensure detailed screening and selection criteria to identify top talent.
  • Participate in client meetings to enhance work relations and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update candidate status on the ATS.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in ITES/BPO/FA.
  • Experience in collaborating with Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.
  • Expertise in sourcing through social media and other channels.
  • Strong partner management and communication skills.
  • Deep domain knowledge and business strategy understanding.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Experience in direct sourcing and recruitment, preferably in RPO setups.
  • Consultative approach to recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to work independently towards agreed targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
