As a member of our Information Technology Team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing mission-critical operational websites and applications across diverse technology stacks. You'll engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating closely with IT, business stakeholders, and global third-party suppliers in a fast-paced Agile environment, operating 24x7.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Java-based applications
• Implement automation testing using Selenium on testNG framework
• Conduct performance testing across the full application stack using tools such as Load Runner, Performance Center, and JMeter
• Execute regression and integration tests utilizing DB Visualizer, POSTMAN, Newman, and RestAssured
• Analyze key analytics using Dynatrace to monitor application status
• Establish continuous automation testing using Enterprise GitHub Actions and DevOps tools
• Utilize ADX logs for issue troubleshooting and resolution
• Develop a deep understanding of domain and IT applications for effective hands-on testing
• Script interactions with native SABRE system
• Manage defect lifecycle and generate reports for project stakeholders
• Provide support for application and infrastructure teams in identifying and resolving production issues
• Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as Rally & ADO for efficient testing execution

Requirements

• Proficient in Java with ability to code in Cucumber and understand application logic
• Experience leading discussions to identify and document test scenarios and results
• Strong UI testing skills
• Familiarity with data-driven scenarios and unit testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in JMeter for API testing
• Ability to measure and profile compute consumption during component testing
