Responsibilities

• Experience of full software lifecycle from design to deployment across multiple environments.
• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL queries, schema design, and building REST-based APIs.
• Strong understanding and application of software development best practices, including testing and application optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of Java, Java microservice frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Google Guice), and messaging architectures (e.g., ActiveMQ).
• Experience in integrating with internal and third-party services and mentoring junior team members.

Technical Skills Required

• Solid understanding of software design patterns and hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Designing APIs using microservice architecture and application optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems like GitHub/GitLab.
• Application security expertise, including authorization using OpenID Connect or SAML.
• Familiarity with messaging services and fine-tuning applications for optimal performance.
• Good understanding of Java RESTful frameworks (JAX-RS) and JSON responses, with appreciation for standard REST API response codes.
