The Opportunity

As a Program Manager at Adobe, you'll lead strategic initiatives that drive our Talent Acquisition strategy forward. By orchestrating globally distributed project teams and employing effective management practices, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering organizational change and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Project Leadership. Oversee the entire project lifecycle for Global Talent Acquisition initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Project Management Expertise. Utilize Adobe's design thinking framework to develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to mitigate risks, manage change, and ensure project success.
  4. Continuous Improvement. Drive process enhancements and develop project management programs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Communication and Collaboration. Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and alignment to drive project success.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. 7+ years of project management experience in software implementation or HR projects within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  2. Expertise. Familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and HR technologies (e.g., Workday, Phenom People).
  3. Skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Workfront.
  4. Certifications. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred, along with familiarity with SDLC and process excellence methodologies.
