As a Senior Program Manager in the Adobe Globalization team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to make our products and experiences accessible and relevant to diverse global audiences. You will lead initiatives to ensure that our digital offerings are localized, culturally adapted, and linguistically appropriate for markets worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute globalization strategies for Adobe's products and services.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and localization teams to define requirements and priorities for global releases.
• Drive the end-to-end localization process, including content translation, linguistic quality assurance, and internationalization testing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external localization vendors and language service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective localization services.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of globalization initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in localization, internationalization, and cultural adaptation to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or localization, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects with global teams.
• Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and technologies, including translation management systems (TMS) and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in multiple languages and experience working in multicultural environments is a plus.
