Key Responsibilities

  1. Exceptional Customer Service. Provide prompt and efficient support to Amazon sellers, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Platform Expertise. Build a deep understanding of the Amazon platform and business processes to better assist sellers and contribute to their success.
  3. Problem Solving. Utilize logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to identify trends, suggest improvements, and resolve complex issues promptly.
  4. Collaboration. Liaise with internal departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments teams to resolve seller issues and ensure a seamless experience.
  5. Continuous Improvement. Drive process and tool improvements to enhance seller satisfaction and efficiency, contributing to Amazon's ongoing evolution as a world-class e-commerce platform.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Italian (B2.2) certification is mandatory
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Technical savvy with a strong understanding of e-commerce
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Previous experience in e-commerce as a consumer
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence
