Job Description

As a Team Lead for our Fulfillment Center (FC) operations team, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing team performance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining Amazon's high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations for a large site, coordinating inbound and outbound activities to ensure timely shipment of products.
  • Drive performance management of team members, including training, development, and coaching.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and performance metrics.
  • Conduct audits for safety and operational excellence, addressing any identified hazards promptly.
  • Stand in for the Area Manager when necessary and lead day and night shifts as required.
  • Monitor routing solutions and adjust as needed to optimize efficiency.
  • Allocate labor resources, assign job duties, and lead meetings for FC associates.
  • Perform in-depth problem-solving to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
  • Train associates on standard operating procedures and equipment usage.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report systemic issues to management and escalate as necessary.
  • Support initiatives for safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications. Bachelor's degree
