Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead with over 6 years of expertise in Node.JS and React.JS. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-stack development, particularly in creating applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. This role requires proficiency in MongoDB and Cassandra DBs, the development of Restful Microservices using Node.js, and familiarity with Cloud Native application design principles.

Key Requirements

1. Experience. 6+ years as a full-stack developer with a focus on Node.JS and React.JS.
2. Technology Stack. Strong foundation in MongoDB and Cassandra DBs, with experience in other modern JavaScript frameworks.
3. Microservices Development. Proven experience in developing Restful Microservices using Node.js.
4. Cloud Expertise. Well-versed in Cloud Native application design principles, preferably with hands-on experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
5. Version Control. Working knowledge of GIT and collaborative development practices (e.g., pull requests, feature branches).
6. CI/CD. Proficiency in creating Jenkins pipelines and implementing automated CI/CD processes.
7. Cloud Tools. Hands-on experience with various cloud tools, services, and technologies.
8. Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate within the team.
9. Organizational Skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of working under pressure with precision and accuracy.
10. AI/ML Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in AI/ML/computer vision-based applications is a plus.
