Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the production and implementation of functional software solutions. Collaborating with upper management, you will define software requirements and lead operational and technical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, and problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to shape the product.
• Monitor backend performance metrics.
• Lead projects from conception to completion with end-to-end ownership.
• Mentor and manage a team of Software Engineers.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, solution design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Define charter and best practices for the backend team.
• Manage sprint and release cycles.
• Participate in the full spectrum of product development, from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in creating scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, and Estimations/Planning.
• Solid understanding of backend skills such as system design, OOPs concepts, and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of DB and Cache technologies (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Golang and message brokers (e.g., Kafka) is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.
