How to color of bar chart based on condition? Eg.(If value is greater than 50 then color shoult be red else green.)

Is there a quick way to re-orient the chart so that the bars are vertical? I was expecting an 'Orientation' attribute on the chart or something similar, but it doesn't seem easily doable.
