“Object Moved. This document may be found here” Error in SharePoint 2013 NINTEX Workflows

I was trying to call a list web service and update the current item field value with the list web service result using NINTEX workflows in SharePoint 2013 Online. The workflow completed successfully without any issue but the current item field value was set to “Object Moved. This document may be found here”.

The issue was with the list service URL. Make sure that the list service URL is provided correctly to avoid this issue.
