Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 provides embedded screenshots from an application running in your PC. This is a new feature of the Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. If you can insert screenshots into our documents, we can move these screenshots freely in our documents. So we can easily insert any kind of screenshot in our documents and align them anywhere in the document.

Steps For How to Insert Screenshots in PowerPoint 2013

Step 1

First Open Microsoft Office 2013 and click on PowerPoint 2013.

In this step, you can select the blank document from available templates.

In this step, you can select the Insert Menu option.

In this step, you can select the Screenshots option.

In this step, you click on the Screenshots option and a window will be visible with the thumbnails of every open window on our Desktop.

In this step, select any document to insert into our document. If you want to insert screenshots according to our requirements then you can select the Screen Clipping. These are given below:
