In this article i will tell you how to convert JPEG/BMP/PNG
image to a WSQ file.
Later you can view this WSQ file by WSQ viewer.
I have created one .dll using that you can convert the JPEG/BMP/PNG file to WSQ files.
I have also uploaded the project.
just run the project, browse the jpeg/bmp/png file then click on convert to convert into wsq files.
