Chat Application with Encryption

Available chat applications are Viber,WhatsApp,WeChat,Skype etc. In these application messages are not safe because admin or any authorized person can read messages thats why messages are not safe. My idea is user can set an Encryption method for message which can understand sender and receiver. If these method will be applied chat applications will be more secured.
