The authors will register their articles, so that we display them in special webpart as a list naming with "UPCOMING ARTICLES"...so that users can view the upcoming articles and clicks right mark on the articles which they needed....then once article is published....admin will send a notification that the article you are looking for couple of days is now uploaded ...please check it ... Like we will send a notification ..this makes friendly user interface...I Think so :)
