Voting On and Watching an Issue in JIRA Tool in Testing

JIRA allows the user to vote for a particular issue and to watch a particular issue, signing up for notifications of any updates relating to that issue and provide an appropriate notification scheme that has been set up for the project by your JIRA administrator.

If the user has the permissions, then he can also view the voter and watcher lists for an issue and the user can also manage the watcher list, like adding other people to the watcher list. This is useful if the user needs to draw someone's attention to a particular issue.

The voter and watcher lists are shown in the right side of the page while viewing an issue.
