Enable Picture Password Sign-in Using Windows 8

Introduction

 
In this article we are explaining how to enable Picture Password Sign-in using Windows 8. If you disable this setting then a domain user can set up or sign-in with a Picture Password. This policy setting allows you to control whether a domain user can sign-in with a Picture Password.
 

How to Enable Picture Password Sign-in Using Windows 8

 
Step 1
 
In the Windows 8 OS, you can move the cursor on the bottom-right and click on the search box. In the search box, you can specify what you want.

In the search box you enter the "gpedit.msc" under the application tab and click on the window that is shown.

In the window that is shown, you will see the "Local Group Policy Editor" window.

Step 4
 
In this step I want to Enable Picture Password Sign-in in Windows 8. Click on the Computer Configuration sub-category Administrative Template sub-category System sub-category Logon and click on the "Turn Off Picture Password Sign-in".

Step 5
 
In this step right-click on the "Turn Off Picture Password Sign-in" and select the edit tab and click on the edit tab.

In this step, if you disable this setting then a domain user can set up or sign-in with a Picture Password. After changing this setting, click the OK or Apply Button.
