Print Background Colors and Images in Word 2013

Generally we print a Word document without background colors and images. But sometimes we do need to print the Word document with the background colors and images, although that uses a lot of ink. Printing a document with the background colors and images is more expensive. To enable it one-time only is very useful.

To print a Word document with the background colors and images use the following procedure.

Step 1

Open Word 2013 and click on the "File" Tab.

Note: As stated previously, this can use a lot of ink. So you may want to keep this disabled until you are ready to print colored copies.
