Printing on Both Sides of Paper in Word 2013

In this article I am going to explain how to print on both sides of the paper in Word 2013.

Print Word 2013 document on both side of paper

Sometimes you need to print on both sides of the paper, like printing a book. That way you can save a lot of paper when printing a long document. If you do not find a way to directly print your pages on both sides of pages then you have to stop printing and manually flip each page and then resume printing again.

To print on both sides of a page you need to stop the printing process, turn the papers over and then resume printing again.

Step 1

Open your document that you want to print.

Now start the printing process; it will print one side and then printing will be automatically stopped to alllow you to flip the pages over and then resume printing on the other side.

Note: Modern printers have an automatic duplex printing option which can help you to change sides of the paper automatically. But in some printers you have to do it manually.

Word 2013 also has an option to print on both sides of pages by setting the printers to one time print odd pages and then flip all pages and set to print even pages. This is easier and you could print faster.

To set the document's print option to print on both sides of pages use the following procedure.
