If we use namespace in a project having a master page then this doesn't work then how can we specify namespaces? Please suggest fast It's urgent.. Thnks in advance

Any namespace in asp.net named"using Utilities" and also know how to save the namespace file with wich extension .and also where, I think in the bin folder Am I true?
