    As you have seen my old articles.. i was mentioned there ... some data passed by List, which is hard coded. If you wants to pass a list of students using Entity framwork or by any Sql server table. No wonnder for web api. You have to pass these things in Model section of Web api.

  Ok, but what if i don't want to use html page. I can use weforms and it is also possible to retrieve data using EF 6 with use of REST ?

    Yes my dear friend. This will be an easy task to use ur data using EF, or sql table or simple use list and anything.

    yes, why not ... you can take simple html page too for getting the calls of web api
