The standard wallet is our normal wallet which will be accessed or recovered by the passphrase generated from the previous steps only. The Trezor device stores our passphrase.

The second wallet option Hidden wallet is an advanced wallet option where the wallet address and private key are not visible or recovered just with the passphrase generated by the device. As users, we can add a few words or phrases to our wallets. These phrases are not stored in our device, thus entering a wrong passphrase or forgetting the phrase will cause our wallet to be inaccessible. We need to enter this passphrase before approving every transaction.
